I have never claimed or followed any religion - not even in the slightest degree or for the briefest of times - I was raised in a non-denominational church but I think, looking back, that was for the purpose of my opportunity to be baptized (at 7) and to be taught by my saintly brother-in-law, Martin Lee Melvin (Marty) in Sunday school - we learned Paul and Agape and JESUS. That's it.
But I left as soon as I moved out of my parents' (at 19) and soon thereafter, Marty died suddenly in a freak accident, at 36 years old (he obviously was done with his task which I am sure was my early upbringing in spiritual truth - I really must tell all about him, soon, so that you guys can appreciate just what he meant to me).

So, for the next nearly 20 years I studied all things - literally any information that came close enough to my brain, I devoured. I especially was interested in religion/spirituality/etc. I don't know them all thoroughly (not even close) - but I did learn enough to realize that it's all about the Tower of Babel (or otherwise called Thirtywonderful flavors).

GOD would not have diversified us and given us unique cultures and regional societies with (seemingly) different religions just to CHOOSE ONE and CONDEMN the REST.

That's BALONEY.
That's not something GOD would do - that is a purely imperfect human idea.
This is my Thirtywonderful Theory:

ALL ice cream has a few main ingredients that do not differ and are indispensable.
For example:
  • CREAM
  • SUGAR
  • MILK
  • EGGS
  • ICE

That is ICE CREAM.
ALWAYS.

Then...you can add an endless multitude of fabulous flavors and forever invent myriad combinations.
Just ask Ben & Jerry [wink]

BUT....in the end....what does it all come down to?
ICE CREAM.

IT'S ALL THE SAME SHIT
DIFFERENT NAME
SUPERFICIALLY APPEARING VARIANCES ARE NOT REAL.

FEAR:
F alse
E vidence
A ppearing
R eal

GOD once told me this (and I quote):
Man on outside not like variety.
GOD inside like variety.
