There was a Farmer who planted a garden. He, and his workers planted the good seed, and watered it, and fertilized it, and then watched as the garden began to
flower, and produce fruit.
Now, when some of the workers saw that the fruit of the garden was good for food; they decided to help the gardener even more, so they went out into the field, and found other varieties of wild plants, and wild fruit trees, and planted them between the crop rows that the gardener had carefully selected for his garden. But as they began to grow, and multiply, they began to choke out the Farmers good seed, and absorb the moisture that the Farmer had set apart for his first fruits. This made the original crop become dormant, and lifeless, and it stopped bearing fruit.
When the Farmer saw what had happened; he took a hoe, and he removed the wild plants out from between his rows, and he instructed his workers to leave the choice of seed to him.
Soon, the garden was thriving again, and produced a bounty crop for the Farmer and his family.
